All course numbers and titles are assigned by DCJS. Course numbers are followed by a capital letter. The letters mean the following:
E – Entry Level: All course numbers ending with an “E” must be successfully completed before enrollment in courses whose course number ends in “I” or “R” see below;
I – In-service: These courses are for professionals who have successfully completed the applicable Entry Level (E) Course and are renewing their DCJS registration and
R – Re-qualification
These courses are not considered In-service training. Retraining courses essentially are requalification courses required to maintain applicable continuing DCJS firearm endorsement.
REFUND POLICY FOR ALL DCJS CLASSES
This policy pertains to all Virginia DCJS training.
All fees are non-refundable.
If ACI needs to cancel the class, ACI will transfer your registration to another date, provided such class is scheduled and space is available.
If ACI determines that a student must be removed from the class for inappropriate or illegal conduct, NO refunds will be made.
Deposits are transferred to the course balance and are non-refundable.
