Specific tasks typically required of any process server is to deliver legal process to parties named in lawsuits, garnishment actions or other legal process.

The process server/ agent positions are experiencing rapid growth as law enforcement  is faced with budget cuts and manpower shortages and unable to serve legal documents in a timely manner if at all.
